The BGA Gel flux F010 and F030 series has resin-like rheological properties. It is completely halogen-free which guarantees the long term reliability, as well as excellent solderability.
The Flux is easily withstands lead free and normal reflow profiles and the flux medium is designed to volatilize at these temperatures. The minimal, transparent residue doesn't require cleaning. The BGA gel flux can be applied by printing, dispensing or with a brush. JV-F0XX is suitable for lead free soldering.
